You will need the following information to complete the process:

• The Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number that was issued.
• The vehicle registration number that was issued the notice.
• The web code as printed on the correspondence received.
• Your contact details.

Your PCN number will be ten characters long and will begin with two letters, e.g. XP1234567A (the last character will either be a number or a letter). You can find your PCN number on your Penalty Charge Notice or the documents issued to you by the Council. You can find your web code on the Notice to Owner (NtO) documents issued to you by the Council.

All fields are required unless labelled as optional.
